Grade Six is an important year of growth academically, but especially spiritually. It is a year of growing up through service to God and neighbour. Students are expected to:

  • Open their minds and hearts to God, others, new ideas and new experiences
  • Become more independent and self-reliant through self-discipline
  • Work diligently and deal with the inevitable frustrations that come with academic challenges
  • Challenge themselves to always keep improving
  • Proclaim Jesus with Loving Hearts

Grade 6 FactsThere is ALWAYS homework. If school work is complete, they are expected to read, keep a journal or do a self-directed project. 60 minutes is the maximum time alotted for Grade 6 homework.

Every student has a number (It may be different from last year), They may only use textbooks with their number. Lost textbooks will need to be replaced.
